Wedding Coordination
If you have planned your dream wedding and now need assistance with execution, then one of our Wedding Coordination packages will be perfect for you. Allow us to manage your wedding day and put your mind at ease.
Day-Of Wedding Coordination:
- Meet approximately 2 weeks before wedding day to discuss details and timeline
- Customized wedding day itinerary
- Up to 6 hours of wedding day management
- Minimal assistance with set up and/or tear down, if necessary *
- Unlimited communication beginning 2 weeks before your wedding
- Access to our Wedding Day Emergency Kit
Investment of $975

Month-Of Wedding Coordination:
- Meet approximately 6 weeks before wedding day to discuss timeline, what you need assistance with and any concerns you may have
- Meet approximately 2 weeks before wedding day to finalize details
- Communication with all vendors prior to wedding
- Customized wedding day itinerary
- Up to 2 hours of wedding rehearsal management (subject to availability)
- Up to 10 hours of wedding day management
- Second coordinator included for up to 5 hours on wedding day
- Moderate assistance with set up and/or tear down, if necessary *
- Unlimited communication beginning 6 weeks before your wedding
- Access to our Wedding Day Emergency Kit
Investment of $1,750
(travel is additional, if applicable - see below)
Add-Ons:
- Additional hours - $70/hour
- Second coordinator - $40/hour
- Rehearsal coordination for up to 2 hours - $200 (travel is additional, if applicable - see below)
- Vendor coordination - $200
* If more extensive set up and/or tear down is requested, additional fees will apply to account for additional time and assistants.
Consultation
Are you planning your own wedding but need assistance getting started or solving a specific problem along the way? From budget creation to theme development, we offer hourly consultation services to assist you in any aspect of your wedding planning. Consult with us as often or as little as you need in order to keep yourself organized and on track.
Investment of $100 per hour
Social & Corporate Events
From birthday parties to corporate events and everything in between, we can assist you with planning your event from start to finish with as much or as little involvement as you desire. We will customize your package and design your event to suit your needs. Connect with us for more information and pricing.
Travel fees
There are no travel fees applicable if your wedding is taking place in London, Strathroy or the surrounding towns. For all other service areas, we have set travel fees listed below:
- Barrie - $250
- Chatham - $35
- Grand Bend - $20
- Hamilton - $60
- Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph - $50
- Niagara - $150
- Sarnia - $25
- Simcoe - $55
- Stratford - $30
- Toronto, GTA - $200
- Windsor - $140
- Woodstock - $25
The fees above will apply each time we are required to travel (as we can meet virtually prior to your wedding, we are usually only required to travel once for the wedding day and sometimes the rehearsal). If you do not see your location listed, please contact us for the travel fee associated with your area.
