About me

Hi there, my name is Jessica Bell and I am the Owner, Lead Event Planner, Wedding Coordinator and Photographer of Jessica Lynn Events. 

I planned my own wedding in 2017 and realized how many small details there were to think about. It wasn't easy balancing the budget, keeping track of all of the vendors and timelines and I was constantly worried I was forgetting about something. I definitely learned a lot going through that process. As difficult as it was at times, this is when I fell in love with weddings and realized my passion for planning. I loved seeing everything come together on the day of the wedding. Ever since then I have wanted to help other couples handle the planning process or even the execution on the day of. After many years of contemplation, I finally decided to take a chance and became a Certified Wedding Planner through The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada (WPIC) in early 2023. I am confident I can help you plan and design the wedding of your dreams! If you've already planned the wedding of your dreams, I can help ensure the day flows seamlessly so you can just enjoy everything you planned without worrying about what is going on in the background! 

The fun stuff about me:

I graduated from the University of Windsor with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and I quickly realized that wasn’t the career path I wanted to go down. I went back to school and received my Law Clerk Diploma from Fanshawe College and I’ve been working at a law firm in London, Ontario for the past 5 years. While I do love my job as a law clerk, wedding planning, coordinating and photography are all secret passions of mine and I’ve been wanting to turn these passions into a business for a long time so I’m very excited to finally turn this dream into a reality. 

I absolutely LOVE to travel. Whether we are going on a cruise, to an all inclusive resort or simply taking a day trip, my husband and I enjoy travelling together as much as possible. 

In the winter months you'll find me on the ski hill and in the summer months I'll be out on the lake or by the campfire.
